RECRUITMENT - Dairy Skills for Somerset : Next Generation

An exciting new project to raise awareness among young people of the diversity of the dairy industry in Somerset. The project will highlight and enable potential employment and training opportunities. Funding has been received from Local Food, a £57.5 million programme supported by the Big Lottery Fund. Applicants for the 2 post holders are sought:
Next Generation Project Coordinator – 35 hours per week, £24,646 pa, 21 month contract
Candidates will have knowledge and understanding of the key strengths and challenges for the Somerset dairy sector. You will have experience of successful partnership working as well as developing and maintaining business networks. In addition you will have excellent communication and presentation skills.

Next Generation Resource Coordinator – 35 hours per week, £24,646 pa, 12 month contract
Candidates will have excellent communication and presentation skills, experience of promotion and brand development, ability to evidence planning, editing, research and proofing resulting in high quality materials.
Both candidates will need to be highly motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team and have a friendly, approachable and enthusiastic manner.
